Hip and urban community with small-town charm
Affectionately named “The Orchard City'', Campbell started as a small farming community and has grown into a progressive region with over 38,000 residents. Though it has grown into a hip, urban neighborhood, the community of Campbell successfully retained its small-town charm.
Campbell’s founder, Benjamin Campbell, settled with his family in the area in 1846. A few years later, he purchased 160 acres to farm hay and grain. This former farming land is now the communities’ historical downtown core. One of the first landmarks one notices when scanning the beautiful neighborhood is the historic water tower. The mix of historical charm with a hip, urban vibe makes the community perfect for all stages of life.
Campbell delicately threads the needle, finding equilibrium between the feel of a relaxed small town while maintaining accessibility to a diverse range of contemporary cultural options. Some may say that Campbell achieves a perfect balance. The community has convenient shopping, delectable culinary destinations, and activities for all ages and walks of life. It is the total package.
